Directions for Use:

• Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger.
• Press down on the nozzle to release the spray while breathing in gently through the nose.
• Repeat the process for the other nostril if directed to do so by your healthcare provider.
• Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the cap securely.
